Shelly L. Morgon was born and raised in Redding, California.  She graduated from Chico State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science, and a minor in Legal Studies.  She obtained her Juris Doctorate and master’s in legal studies from Cal Northern School of Law. Shelly has owned and operated Morgan Law since 2018 exclusively practicing in the area of Family and Dependency Law. She strives to provide compassionate, effective legal assistance to all her clients.
